Returns and Exchanges
As our good are mostly perishable, we do not accept returns of goods or exchange goods once dispatched. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If your kit is faulty or damaged, please take a photo and email it to email@example.com or send the kit back to: 15 Earl Street Mosman, New South Wales, Australia, 2088.
Although we take care in using large, well-known companies to deliver to you, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control. We accept no liability for late deliveries, damaged or lost goods, and any complaints regarding this must be directed to our chosen courier company. Whilst we will endeavour to assist you, we do not have the capacity to control deliveries by third parties.
