We offer an Australia wide shipping rate of $14.95 per kit and $21.95 for express post, which is calculated based on the wight and size of the box your cake, cupcake or cookies are delivered in.
We also ship to New Zealand. Our shipping calculator is available at checkout.
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks before the celebration, or if planning ahead a few months out. All our kits have a long shelf life of 3-6 months.
How long does it take to receive my cake, cupcake or cookie kit?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified straight away.
Once dispatched bake believe will send you an email with your tracking number. Australia Post will aim to deliver your kit within 1-3 business days, however some more remote locations within Australia can take up to 12 days.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
As each custom kit is made to order it can take up to 5 working days. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified straight away.
